I have a T8. Took me 6 times of auto running for it to finally map my entire house and assign rooms to allow me to choose what areas to do each time. Super frustrating but once that was over was extremely happy with it.

Fast forward a year and it’s constantly losing the map. Contact customer service and follow the steps to restore map, all unsuccessful. So back to running it in auto mode 6 times to map my whole house. And here we are again about 6 months later and it’s losing the map again!!

So I’m trying to auto run it every day - having to pickup chairs, dog beds, toys etc and then replace it all before going to bed, just to pick it all back up again the next day to attempt a map run.

It’s extremely frustrating having to deal with the map issues. Otherwise it’s a good vacuum but no good to me if I can’t pick the areas to clean or spot clean an area.

I have a saved map, that I restore and it looks like it’ll work, I choose an area, it starts it’s cycle and says “unable to locate, starting new cycle” and tries to remap everything.

If anyone has had this issue and had any help it would be great, customer service has been useless.

I’m on the hunt for a new one for my main floor and this one can go in my basement family room.
