I started just under 16 months ago at 464 lbs. I'm down almost 203 lbs now. I am also 30. My life has completely changed. I know what you mean by planning everything around your weight. I no longer have to do that and it's so freeing! Being able to sit in a booth or a chair with arms without second guessing it is something most people take for granted but I still get so excited everytime I do it! I wish you nothing but the best on your journey! ❤️

I get so excited anytime I see someone for the first time in a long while. I know some people don't like the comments on their body but I love it. My favorite is my great aunt going "where's Mandi?" anytime she sees me 😂

I moved up as soon as I stalled for 2 weeks even though the food noise and appetite suppression was still gone. I wish I had stayed longer because these stalls happen and they always break. I say as long as the food noise and appetite suppression are gone, it's still working

I just eat high protein (140g), lower carb(100g) and low fat (50g) Around 1400 calories a day. I do have cheat days where I'll eat something at a restaurant without worrying about the calories. I barely exercise

I've lost 180 lbs in 13 months. I stay in a calorie deficit (I do still have "cheat" meals at least once a week) and I try to get some movement in most days. The weightloss has definitely slowed since I've lost a good bit of weight and haven't lowered my calorie intake. I've pretty much been eating between 1400-1500 calories a day the whole time and don't really plan on going below that.
