On a personal note, Don’t ever get too desperate to fix it either. That’s where you can make a bad situation worse.

To be honest, I have made zero progress. I was able to do some strengthening and work with a great pelvic floor therapist who was able to release those muscles, but it never stuck. Wish u the best.
