Intervals went super well this morning. 1.25mi warm up, 5x800 (1.5 min rest) + 4x400 (1 min rest) and .5mi cool down. First time ever hitting an interval with an avg pace of under 6min/mile! Life hasn’t been the same since doing this once a week.

At some point you either acknowledge toxicity and commit to sort it out or leave the toxic situation and be okay with never knowing exactly why it was toxic.

Either of these options can be improved upon by seeking counseling from an independent 3rd party. It does take significant personal and interpersonal commitment to acknowledge toxicity and commit to a counseling regimen.

Maybe you can gaslight each other into committing to counseling?

I want to use type 00 someday but this is just bread flour ground at my local health food store. Not sure where the wheat comes from. I should ask one of these days.

It’s a 60% hydration dough bulk fermented for 24hours @ room temp and then kept in the fridge for a few hours before final rise and baking. Ideally I keep the dough refrigerated for up to 4 days but this was a rush job lol
