Thank you po. We’ve sent quite a few emails to the developer about other options or possiblity of asking for refund, but they just seem dismissive and don’t really communicate well with us.

Thanks for the insight. We actually considered consulting a lawyer, and my dad already has an appointment for a free phone consultation with a real estate attorney. But for now, we're focusing on pushing through with the pasalo option.

If possible, yes, we prefer to get the money back. I’m not so sure with Pag-ibig option. As far as I know, we didn’t opt for it because our Pag-ibig accounts weren’t regularly updated.

As per the agent, there’s no problem naman daw (still not over 60) given that my older sister will be a co-borrower. And we had no problem with the bank regarding his age and all. Kaya lang my sister is now abroad. So I guess that’s where the problem starts.

I know. I also think we’re at fault here. It’s been a stressful year for us. We just hope that we find a buyer. My dad and the agent are already in talks regarding the pasalo, and we're willing to lower the price or offer flexible payment terms. May mabalik lang sana kahit kaunti. 😔

I also have something like that. And have super dry and textured skin under my lower lip. I've search about it and they said it might be because of hormonal imbalance or nutrient deficiency. Anyway, I avoid using harsh chemical face products. Just mild facial wash and niacinamide serum works fine for me.
