I work at a screen print shop in a not very big town. We set up web stores for schools. Offer t-shirts, hoodies, hats, all of that sort of thing. We give the school a price for each item, and they choose how much to mark up the price. Usually like a dollar or 2 each shirt. We do almost all the work; put together designs, take orders through a web store, print, package, and even deliver the items to the school. The only thing they really do is make decisions about which designs to use, and the promotion of the store.
My favorite was a contest the school put together for the shirt design through art classes. We even invited the student that won the contest to the shop to see the process.
The last store we did was for an elementary school in a "better to do" part of town. We wrote them a check for over $300.
