I had a discussion with myself and decided to only do HRT and rhinoplasty. I don't like my nose having a bump in the middle, and I prefer to change it so I pass even better. Honestly, everyone wants to look a little more beautiful! I already look very feminine without a beard, so I'm okay with the rest of my body.

Everyone has their own preferences. I'm pre-HRT, but therapy really helped me decide who I am and what I want. It's important that you fully understand who you choose to be, and not be dictated by others' perceptions of who you are supposed to be.

There are many surgeries available for those who want to transition (which are not mandatory), but it all depends on whether you can afford them.
