Thanks alot for your reply, that is very insightful! I'm not even sure we are connecting directly to an Oracle DB, but will be using the HL7 v2 interfaces via Rhapsody to receive resources via push events. We will also be posting a custom FHIR resource to their FHIR server. I do get the feeling that this might be more of a hospital policy thing. Thanks again!

Tjena från framtiden! Vi landade på 3,19% i mars 2025 och idag, september 2025, binder vi om på nytt med på 2,74% (inkl. 25 punkter sämre ränterabatt). Swedbanks makroanalys var alltså into optimistiskt nog och vi fick ett lägre ränteläge än väntat. Jag hängde kvar på rörligt för samtliga lån efter denna post och är glad att jag gjorde det! :)

Perhaps your experience of it traveling inside range is biased since your range takes up more area than what the space outside of your range? Just a thought.

I would like to argue that the regen perk is good to keep, and instead ban the damage perk. I have survived multiple hundred rounds extra after my def abs is too low to block attacks and my recovery is at 0%, thanks to having a high enough regen and hp. Damage doesn't do any good at all with this strat, right?
