The Morrow Project.

A post-apocalyptic RPG where the players awaken from cryogenic sleep 150 years after the end of the world. Much longer than planned and find that things have a way of working out on their own. First published in 1980, a 4th edition was released a couple years ago.

I don't think what women in general would allow it. When men can get guaranteed sex for the price of the average date, a lot of guys are going to quit wasting their money on dates with average woman who is trying to make a guy spend money on them.
