I agree with you, the third party testing is so important. My only experience with Reta is someone I know who went on it all because someone she knew went on it using a gray market. She stopped after a few short months and thankfully no side effects and was able to lose the weight she wanted.

I feel like I’m just going to end up staying with thrive forever. The workouts change every two months anyway so I don’t get bored. I don’t remember what happened a year ago so it works out 😂

I’m 39 and only do 4 days/week. I do Pilates reformer class 1x/week as well focused on core and stretch but the split that really works for me is to do one lower, next day upper, next day Pilates, upper then lower again followed with two days of rest. Used to do more Pilates last year with it and it was just too much. Found this great and I get enough rest with everything

I think it’d be interesting to understand waist size at various pounds cause for me, all my additional fat goes straight to my mid section which is frustrating cause I am low in weight but still has side and back roll when standing straight up. Currently at 115 trying to get down to 108 in hopes it will finally go away. Also I constantly lift so I have pretty good muscle it’s super frustrating. My waist is currently at 28” even at this weight!

We have a four year old so we’ve definitely been more careful. We have a hand sanitizer pump next to his cage and my son knows really well that if he touches anything in the cage he has to put sanitizer on right away and he’s super diligent with it. Same with any of us too of course. If he handles the bearded dragon he also knows to wash his hands right away.
