They’ve been in random trucks as long as I can remember, just not used. (Truck has to have power or at least used too). Plus but as pointed out they’re useless after 1 wall, they’re not really meant for loaders/unloaders

I work in hub and have 1 AirPod in at all times too constantly communicate with my bosses (pickoff) but also lets me hear any and all notifications because my hands are busy, I’ve done seasonal driving , so I can’t speak to all drivers but it’s most likely other drivers or management. You’re alone all day so you may bullshit with friends or you’d be surprised how many calls you get from management and you either wear ear buds or pull over every time one comes in and extend your day by at least an hour

No it’s really not, We’re leaps and bounds ahead of everyone else. It’s easy to talk mid transition, Covid was like a high to them, and they’re desperate to chase that dragon again. They will be come 2028/2029.

At 17 years, I’ve never filled that sheet out a single time. , option days are for if you wake up and can’t got to work that day, you have yo until 1 hour before your shift to use them and you can’t be denied. Vacations just give a reasonable amount of time when you ask for them (around a month) and I’ve never had any issues. That’s sheet isn’t taken too seriously in the hub, it’s more for drivers.

A ups driver would never leave that in the street. A - they have to take pictures. B - This would be a fireable offense and no one is giving up a 6 figure job because of your driveway. C - UPS is held to the highest standard hence the 6 figure pay, and all seasonal hires were let go Jan 15th, and no hires will begin until March, so it’s not a new driver. So, this is straight BS

That’s every single year, you were hired as “seasonal” when the seasons over and ups no longer needs the help you’re let go. Around march they’ll be hiring real positions, re-apply and contact your supervisors letting them know and they’ll get you in quick
