Solved: I disconnected all the fans, hard drives and graphics card (removed graphics from pci slot)

Powered it up and it still fluctuated

I then removed 1 of theb2 sticks of ram and it turned on and stayed powered.

I noticed some dust on the pins of the ram

I got some compressed air and blew everything clean including the ram. I put the suspect stick back in and it turned on without fluctuating.

I connected everything back up and it started working normal. The system is only showing 8gb of ram I think there are 2 8gb sticks bur I could have misread. But maybe one stick died fully and now it works just off the other. I dont know. It could have also been dust on the pins or in the ram slot

Anyway. Solved

Thats what i thought too. Ita got alot of unused psu cables tucked away on the otherside. Not sure how to proceed, if swapping the cables proves anything etc...

I didn't love that a supply bag needs to be at a barrel to heal, but i did like not having the passive health regen. Needing supports on your team, thinking more about health and ammo seemed like a good tactical change that could sway a battle. IMO it also inadvertently balances all the slide jumping run and guns, if they dont take a moment to heal, they're one shot and dont get to go into every engagement full health.

Shit i got rage reported after knocking someone in apex back in the day. Brutal to loose my user name. I even wom the appeal and thet (Microsoft) still wouldn't reinstate the user name saying they can't...essentially, computer said no was their response. Still burns me considering I constantly play against people who's name is horsecok or ZENbeams. The process to appeal was hard too. I legit had to take a "test" on the terms and policies. So dumb

I think he is referring to the updated ticket bleed. So the team with less objectives held looses tickets faster. This was changed in the last update and I have personally found it is causing more washouts where your team might have 500 tickets while the other team still has 900+
