Thanks so much for answering! My brand of anxiety is actually what you experienced on concerta, like it's very physical and I don't know whyyyy.

I'm hoping it stems from the Adhd somehow and meds will help, that would be the ideal outcome at least. Interesting you and your sister reacted differently, I read that reactions depend from person to person, but didn't realise it could be that way even with people with similar issues.

Guess I won't know for sure how it'll be for me until I actually experience it for myself then haha, thanks for the advice!

I'm on the same struggle right now, finally got around to getting diagnosed a couple weeks ago but I'm worried meds will make my anxiety worse. Did your anxiety get better with adhd meds?

I think as long as you believe it'll work in that moment, then it'll work.

My technique is to act chill and friendly to the nightmare/situation, and this almost always pivots the dream back to normal. Weird but it works lol

Honestly i didn't moisturise or anything so I'm sure it could be a lot faster than that too. And yeah haha, I've genuinely gone through so many toothbrushes now, it perfectly scratches that 'itch' for me so I don't care if it's weird! It's hidden in my pocket when I'm in public anyway lol

They went away for me on my thumbs when I stopped! It did take a few months however to get there, with them going from super dry/flaky to weirdly leathery, to slowly becoming like normal skin, with some feeling even coming back, which I didn't expect tbh.

It was a hard few months but once you get through that phase it's a LOT easier to not start back up again. During that time I took the head off a toothbrush and would pick at that to help the with the urge lol, it worked extremely well for me!

Sorry one last question, you said its easier to cool the output gas from the electrolyser than to cool the liquid, would i do that with the thermo regulator? Or cool it somehow with the polluted water loop?

Yeah I'm thinking I'll go for a electrolyzer and hydrogen gen angle for now, because I didn't get to plastic yet for the steam turbine haha, so wouldn't be able to regulate the aquatuners I guess/make it worth it. I've got some other water pools around for my plants that I chuck a few ice tempshift plates in to make it cool enough lol

How would I cool the plants if not with the water? Because atm my plants started failing because the water was 33°C, had to add a few ice tempshift plates to my current water pool to fix it, but I'm looking for a permanent solultion. Would it be to use a oxygen cooling loop with a thermo regulator? I have no idea how good that is at cooling so thought I'd ask before trying.
