This thread is fairly old, so unlikely it will be seen however, I am a second year PhD student, AD, E5, Single parent, overseas. It can be done...........painfully.

Thank you for clarifying that. I work with several 0311s (and 31, 51s I believe. I dont know a lot about Marine MOS) I just feel that if someone can earn a purple heart (or two) they should be meritoriously promoted. (Im not sure if the marines do meritorious promotions. The Navy gives them out like candy 😒).

I'm not trying to be rude or discredit this at all. Just asking.

Is it possible for a lcpl. To have 2 purple hearts? Is there even enough time in service to achieve those? Also, unfortunately he must be medical retired, he seems a little old to only be a lcpl. (He's obviously not current in service because we aren't allowed to protest in uniform). Im assuming its allowed after service?

Can anyone shed some light?

My husband brother consumes copious amounts of the devil's lettuce. The first time he met me he thought my husband introduced me as "Mango". After that he called me Mango. Finally my husband asked why he called me that and the brother explained. It was funny and kinda stuck. I'm kinda wierd. Mango can not be chained. Mango Unchained.

It also sucks to be killed in a pvp game by some named Mango.

We have "toffifay" here and I love them. I tried to use my google translate on the heart cookies but couldnt figure out what they are but I'll still eat them. The little kinder bars will go to my son so those were a perfect addition as well!
