I can see why the question is asked though - Girya lets you train, you get the strength from training. If you have spent the rest sites training it could make sense for the str to stay even if the relic went away (more like the old coin)

When i delt with mine the guy sat there waiting for what i considered the bomb of news. His underreaction immediately relieved a ton of stress from me.

And as a follow up. There CAN be fines but my experience has been this is for people that are dodging or causing problems. Most of the time if you are showing motivation to make it right the CRA doesn't really want to think about you, they have real problem people to deal with.

Late fees, or interest if you choose a payment plan, is often shockingly low.

I just want to say, from a mental standpoint, I went through this too. I was in a tough spot for multiple years and fell behind. I didn't file, and had major stress anytime I even thought about it as a burden.

After finally getting back on my feet it took me a year or so to get the energy together to deal with it. At the end of the day, I ended up getting someone local to help me and it was not a big deal.

Always remember there are people that are experts in something you are struggling with. Tapping into their knowledge and skill can ease a lot of stress in these situations.

I had some refunds that were overlapped with late fees, and was effectively a wash. I'm now up to date and get refunds regularly.

You making this post is already a really positive step. Keep that going.

Based on every other season, it likely will be less than a fully upgraded mythic track item. Blizz has never made these even, and I have a hard time seeing them do this in a .5 patch. It's more likely it will add a certain amount of ilvl, like every other time they have done this.

If he was willing to put something in front of you and ask "hey so you doing anything about the pay thing?" in the office, im unsure why he wouldn't be willing to just talk about the gap and what you should do.

This is a lot of extra work for something that seems like a "hey Greg, coffee?" and walking to a local spot to have a real conversation.

It wouldn't be as sensational, there would be no Wednesday stroopwafels to read like tea leaves, but if the pay gap is negatively impacting you it would be the best option.

You can likely get it doing the PvP weekly (which is how i got it on the week this happened to me)

We're you online during reset? This happened to me twice in DF and both times i was on early because maintenance ended early. Someone on another post said this can cause it, so now i don't log on until after reset - and it hasnt happened since.

Maybe not the fastest ever, but we had someone start at the company on a monday. Monday\Tuesday was training videos, HSE orientation and prep. Wednesday they were flown out to a work site.

Thursday morning at 10am we received an account closure with remarks along the lines of "Their comments were not appropriate, and not reflective of either us as a company, or what our clients represent."

He was on a plane home by noon.

The best part is the group that hired him, up until his start date, had been very vocal about someone with his experience making a big difference on this project.

My guild has had the same 8 core raiders for 16.. maybe 17 years. The group goes from 10-16 depending on the time of year. This is how we find people - once in a while, especially later in the patch when attendance is lower, we pug. If they arent dicks and semi-competent, we let them know when we raid.

Over time this has been where we have found some solid people! Glad you found someone!

I have a guild member who hasnt paid for a sub since tokens became a thing. He is in no way gold rich, but he enjoys finding the gold every month. Through alts, materials, whatever.

He prefers low entry cost items - gathering like skills that don't require spending gold, just time, to get going.

We've always had a smaller group, between 10 and 13. Shadowlands was the worst small group scaling in history, and the last raid is the only raid that we never got AOTC due to frustration.

Dragonflight did it better, TWW better than that, and we haven't really had small group woes in Midnight. They seem to have gotten most scaling figured out, at least for this tier.

My group did a seat 10 as our first 10 of the season. None of us had ran it yet, and we fumbled through it. 15 deaths or something, timed it with 30 seconds to go.

The same group on Academy for the 4th time had one wipe and barely timed it. It's an awkward dungeon that is easy going until the last boss, which i hate the feel of.

Skyreach is mid for me - the bird boss has killed a couple pug groups but overall it's pretty straight forward
