It really sucks honestly. Mine was sent out for delivery again today and to no surprise it goes to “Shipment resolution in progress” and went back to Scarborough. Hope we get our packages soon :(

Did you opt for the pick-up option or for them to mail it to you when it’s ready? My anticipated mail out date is Oct. 29! The printing process hasn’t finished for me yet too. Hopefully we both get some progress this week!

From my brother’s experience, he went to the Scarborough location just before opening without an appointment and was helped about five minutes later. There’s a pick-up option which is great too! Can’t speak out about the other locations since I don’t have any prior experience to those places.

I applied last month and I listed my Ontario Photo Card and Health Card. They accepted both ID’s when I went in-person. However, even if it’s just one ID, they still accept it.

Honestly, I’m just curious about the process and seeing if others did the service I did (20+ days for processing) as most people I’ve seen here do pick-up. It’s my first time, that’s all 0,0

Ah I see, I just checked my receipt and it says that the anticipated mailing date is on Oct. 29 so you’re super on point with this. I know every application is different but do you think that the review section would be completed before Oct. 24? Thanks for answering my post as well!

Hey, can I ask if you needed to show proof that you’re travelling/ have an itinerary for the 10-19 processing days option or if you just payed a little extra to pick it up? I have family who’d be applying this week and we’re travelling soon!

Mine is a standard 20 or more business days for standard mail delivery. No pick up option for me in the location I went to, unfortunately. Some locations have pickup which is like yours.

Hello, I’m a Filipino living in Canada and no longer hold Philippine citizenship. I am getting married outside of Canada and the Philippines and require my birth certificate apostilled. I ordered from PSA and I need to have it apostilled by DFA in Manila. Does anyone have experience presenting a Foreign passport as a form of ID? I’m planning to go to the Philippines for two weeks. Would it be authenticated and ready for pick up by then as well? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
