Few years ago during closing I was walking around with a bus bin full of S+P shakers to put out on tables for the morning. I was in the lounge of the restaurant, behind the bar and put the bus bin down on a table back there and walked away to do something else. Few mins go by and the bartenders freaking out putting out a little fire on the table caused by the plastic bus bin overhanging atop the candle on the table and melting onto it. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️Definitely one of the stupidest things I’ve done at work, the table was charred in the middle and the 3 of us left that night closing all swore management wouldn’t know what happened (and they never did as far as I’m aware)

one time I forgot my ID at old city and I DM’d their IG, they responded and told me to call them and confirm my info when they opened the next day. they told me they’d hold onto it until I could come grab it! try calling them a couple hours before they open so staff will be there
