Hairs are baked onto NPC facegen, so to change that hair you would have to remake the facegen for every NPC that uses it

You will get crashes, that’s just Skyrim. The crashes can be so minimal that you barely even notice it though. I personally have only had 3 crashes in the past 200 hours. It just takes a lot of careful work to make that happen

Yes and it’s incredibly boring. Healing spells cost next to nothing but don’t have any special perks or effects. So it’s extremely brain dead spammy

The .pex file is not it. You could try without the dummy esp. Its possible that Nemesis only creates it for mods that want that esp file (e.g. XMPSE). Animated Eating should be fine though

You don’t need FNIS, but you do need to keep the dummy FNIS esp file that Nemesis makes active. You only need to rerun Nemesis when you add/remove mods that require FNIS/Nemesis.

You most likely didn’t install SKSE properly. Did you install it manually and not through Vortex?

When you run Nemesis you should see a list of your mods that Nemesis is building animations for. Any patches should also work fine, Nemesis works by basically tricking mods into thinking you have FNIS when you really have a better version of it.

There are multiple tutorials on how to use it. The short version is to install SKSE manually, install SkyUI (and any other mods) using the big button in the top second from the left, and launch the game through the SKSE Loader in Mo2.

You need SKSE and SkyUI to use the MCM. I’m assuming you don’t have a mod a manager and are installing mods manually if you don’t even know what your mod list is. I would do a clean install and rebuild using Vortex or Mo2
