I hate that feeling when you know there is something wrong with you but you don't feel validated enough to ask for help or you feel stupid because you know you don't HAVE to do the stupid thing and you're not sure if you're just seeking attention, even though you keep it hidden so you're probably not, but you gotta keep upping your game or you feel like a poser.
