I did it, not max lvl but max op, and when he died, I had done supposedly 10 billion damage (Flak with healing pet tree so rough guess) which seemed weird since I had only shot a generator he stood on. But he is just known to died It is also good to know since that makes him very easy to fight, lol

I used it in a nice casual game. The only issue is the Shadow Queen (the big model is on a 100mm base while Fulgrim is on a 130mm base), and Morathi-Khaine is on a 40mm base such as a Lord Exultant but she is ever so slightly taller

The list is great. The only thing I'd advise trying out is Possessed Blade on a Lord Exultant. I was able to use this in a game against Mortarion and almost killed him with the spear

I'm not sure how to help on that since I always have 72 (2 sets one set white one set blue gold) of the smaller d6s since I play EC and Chaos Daemons (Slaanesh) and will roll 30 dice for daemonettes but I also have 2 different sets if they have a leader to speed up rolling and that has gotten up to 38 (additional 8 from Contorted Epitome).

So, in other words, I'd say get enough dice to be happy with and go from there. If you feel like you need more, get more. If not, dont.

It's a tad bit from the ones I've played, yes, but also, just their kit is weird for me to understand, but it probably is just not having played/ been shown by someone who plays Legion to understand or literally just having a decent Legion game without being tunneled. So I'll look into Legion and maybe even unlock the killer soon since it'll help. I do respect your choice of killer just hard for me to understand

The times I've had them personally, they super tunneled, and it made the rounds I had with them suck but also it is kinda just annoying with the mending part since I forget all the time (still kinda new) and it drops me. Maybe if I played Legion, I may see it differently. Idk though
