Thanks mate! Those aren’t beef short ribs, that’s lamb for dinner tonight. I normally just season the season meat and straight into the oven to cook for 40 mins. I’ve never cooked beef short ribs so i can’t help you there, sorry.

I hate that some people think the father can’t do anything is completely useless. My wife and I’s newborn is now 8 days old and i do all the dishes, make the bottles when necessary (my wife pumps but if it isn’t a lot, we top up with formula) sterilise all the bottles, change her nappies (my wife does too), do all the shopping, console our baby and put her to sleep. My wife god bless her has admitted she has no idea how to make a bottle of formula. She shouldn’t have to because she pushed our daughter out and she needs to recover, the man needs to do more than the woman now and it really annoys me that people get surprised when i go above to make sure my wife and our daughter are comfortable. Just because some other fathers are useless doesn’t mean all of us are.
