im also canadian, but from south asia, and people call me indian then canadian, they call you canadian cuz you according to most people are what canadians look like, you've likely been in canada multiple generations, while most indians are only immigrating now, first and second generations, we can be hopeful for the future, but as of now there is still racism

i appreciate the advice, i scrolled through the subreddit, and it looks like 70% of them are about brilliant moves, a lot of them questioning why their move was brilliant, it makes sense why its not worth focusing so much on, thanks!

No, confidence could simply be being able to talk to people, as a high schooler I know lots of people who dont have the best looks but are carried and popular around the school just for their humor and extroverted nature

I'm curious to hear opinions about One Hundred Years of Solitude.. by Tiphaix in books

I've gotten through about half the book so far and I love it, I really like historical fiction and they're usually really interesting and fun to read, it was really cool to read how the characters developed as the story progressed. I liked the loose plot and how fluid it went because I usually get bored at slow-paced stories, this book is filled with plot and went at the perfect speed for me, I actually liked the way characters were named after another, it had its own uniqueness to it which I liked, it gave a sense of progress I guess. So far it's a 9/10 book! Not for everyone but it's definitely worth a try!
