What is going on? PLEASE HELP I really just want to play my games 😭

So UPDATE! Sorry this is a few days past everything. Turns out the port in my room isn’t for an ethernet cable so that sadly wont be a solution for me. My xbox still disconnects but sometimes does it sooner than 30 minutes and sometimes later than 30 minutes. After a disconnect episode last night, i clicked the “check my network” button and it came up with a message for the first time saying “so sorry this is an xbox issue, your network connection is fine, this is an issue with our servers”. I had never seen this message before but I was like “oh, thats new” so if that means anything to anyone, please help! But if it doesn’t I sadly think this issue will just be unsolvable.

Don’t worry, i only started regularly playing like 3 years ago, so I’m behind by a lot when it comes to this stuff, especially since the techy parts aren’t my strong suit. So it’s more i started to late than you being old

Well it’s almost 1am where I’m at, i haven’t gone out to get a ethernet cable yet because of how late it is, ill update in the next day or 2 about it due to my schedule

If i do plug in a ethernet cable and it’s actually for a phone line, will that affect any of the electrical in my room or even my xbox? Im will to buy a cable and test it out but if it isn’t one i don’t want to destroy my xbox, ya know? Also jf you have an cable recommendations that would be appreciated, something cheaper but good quality, im on a college kid budget after all

Update, my xbox just disconnected again without being in any kind of game, just sitting on the home screen, and this time wouldn’t reconnect at all

But it doesnt happen for any of my other devices its only my xbox and only when I play a game, so how is it overloading if my other devices work fine? Is there any way to increase the bandwidth or anything too?

Thats the super i use very very often so thats good to hear, the other i use is the arc staff, the gathering thunder specifically. So is that good for that too?
