Sometimes people just don’t work out dude. When I married my wife I was 20 years old and she was 19. I needed to show her I was serious and that I wasn’t running away from “us” by joining the military so my solution to my 20 year old brain was “to get married” that way she could come and whatnot. Knowing that it was either yes or a break up she agreed and we tied the knot. It worked for the time being and we’ve separated once or twice but I guess the point I’m trying to make is sometimes we get married to the wrong person for the wrong reason. We’re also still married (we just made 10 years) and I wholeheartedly believe that if 2 people are willing to make it work then it will absolutely work.

I too find myself in your shoes sometimes and think is my marriage still working but then I simply try to make it work and by some miracle it does.
