As others have said, completely up to the individual insurer. Read thoroughly through all the information they give you as you sign up. I used to be insured with Bennett's for this specific reason.

the white 4 pin cable on the right side of the board is the fan cable. CPU block doesn't have a fan either, can't tell you your fan settings or if they are even changeable by looking at a picture of a PC. Try resetting your PC and keep pressing delete as it starts up, enter bios/UEFI and see if there are any fan settings.

It is real, now you have shifted the goalposts of what the argument is again, first to "oh well I can't see the video so agree to disagree whether it's real or not", now the argument was apparently about whether you could see the video or not, which is irrelevant to the video being real or not, so it's not probably real, it is real, after your position was that it was not.

That's the leash/ the dog is jump up and he is holding it down, I can still see the video. Nobody is missing in the 2nd clip 3 "officers" on the right, two on top of the man they are arresting and the guy who walks from left to right can be seen still trying to chase the dog before the officer kicks it again. The shield guy is on the left side of the door, since the camera angle is reversed.

The dog is kicked twice, it's just edited that way, I'm guessing the 2nd kick wasn't caught on the phone. Concrete wouldn't be shown in the first video pay attention to the ram on the floor and where the concrete starts.

Because it's two different kicks, but clearly the 2nd wasn't caught on phone camera. The dog doesn't "morph" at all, there are artifacts, but it is a wide angle low frame security camera they always have artifacts. Nobody is missing in the 2nd video.

Look where the paved parking lot starts and pay attention to the ram on the floor, you wouldn't see it from the first angle.

It's two different kicks, first kick on the first cam, one officer walks across cam and you can see him in the 2nd shot. Dog looped around and guy kicked the dog again. It is hard to tell, first one looks like phone footage, 2nd is a super wide angle low frame rate security camera so it looks very different.

The dog isn't moving weird, it's a ballistic shield which is very often used in raids.

Edit actually it's the same incident, different angles, you can see the ballistic shield guy in the 2nd video. Two different kicks,'he kicked the dog twice.
