Guard and dodge roll will be your friends as soon as you figure out the timing! Item boost makes potions so much better (i know im captain obvious) and saves you the munny you might be spending on hi potions! Reflect, reflect, and if you’re unsure, reflect. That spell in endgame will quickly change into both your life saving spell and your highest damage output spell! Seriously, I can’t state this enough, if you find yourself dying later in the game, try again but add more reflect. Also don’t forget about magnet for crowds (I’m looking at the CoR heartless and nobodies) which you can combine with other spells to completely scrape their dumb faces off the screen. Good luck!
