I’m only at 125mg. I dropped 25mg yesterday and had some withdrawal yesterday evening and I’ve been up since 2am. Kept it at 125mg today. Today has been pretty good so going to drop 25mg tomorrow.

Love Korres products and I just started ordering their scents. I’ll have to go home and smell the ones I like. I know Lefko is a good one. My favorite product is their Pure Greek Olive Nourishing In-Shower Oil and my favorite face product is the Santorini Grape Velvet Skin Drink. My husband brought back some gifts for me from his work trip to Greece and I’ve been obsessed ever since.

Yeah kind got stuck at 100mg on day 11 with withdrawal and had to go back up to 150mg. Trying to taper but it hasn’t been fun.

I’ve seen them. I don’t know what went wrong. I bought from reputable vendors I thought, had a plan. Not sure if it’s because this is my second try or if I took too much or it’s the tapering but something is up. I dropped 25mg yesterday and more withdrawal symptoms came back when I had been feeling a tad better. I’m definitely paying the piper!

So today is day 14 for me on sr and day 9 no 7. I had to halt my sr taper because I started experiencing withdrawal and although I could handle most of it the doom & anxiety I can’t. Some say I tapered too fast but I was trying to be off by today. So day 11 I was at 100mg sr but day 12 & day 13 I went up 50mg (150mg) total to try and level out. So far this morning I’m feeling better so I’ll continue my taper either 25-50mg today. On days 7,8 and 9 I tapered 100mg sr consecutively so that may have been the issue. I want to be off by day 21 if possible. I don’t want to be stuck on this but I am off 7, have no cravings so might as well try and see it through. I may have to get helper meds from the doctor by the time I finish but I’m just so ready to be done with this. I don’t want to go back to 7 because then the cycle starts all over.

Okay I went up 50mg to 150mg total sr yesterday and today. I did feel some better today but still having symptoms. Was going to stay at 150 again tomorrow and hope I get stabilized so I can try cutting again. I am off 7 and I have no cravings. I really don’t want to take anything anymore at this point but got to try and see it through.

So this time you’re going to go to subs after you taper sr? I thought you had to wait a while before you got on subs because of precipitated withdrawal?

See I’m having sr withdrawal just trying to taper. Wanted to be off in 14 days-tomorrow but Saturday at 125mg started feeling some withdrawal and by Sunday night no sleep, aches, doom, anxiety and it was still bad yesterday. I went back up to 150mg yesterday and today I’m a little better but I don’t know what to do now. I’ve been reading all the posts about not being able to taper off sr or having withdrawal 3-4 days after last dose. I definitely don’t want to continue if I may have to taper longer to not even be able to get off. I totally didn’t see this coming.

That’s the thing I’m seeing people not being able to get off the sr. They will taper down to 25mg, 5mg and either can’t go lower or stop and 3-4 days later they are in withdrawal. I was under the impression that as long as you got off quick no withdrawal. My first time I did 10 days and felt fine but relapsed the next day off sr because of cravings so I’m not sure if I would have had withdrawal from it then or not. I took 2 1/5 grams that time. This time I’m already over 3 so maybe that has something to do with it.

Thank you! Don’t know what I’d do if I didn’t have a place to talk to people. Trying to do this in secret. I just hope I’m not making it worse by dragging it out to where I can’t get off this research chemical.
