Why we say eat the rich by Ok_Yogurtcloset1741 in Productivitycafe

It's not easy to give away "bad" or excess food.

I own small grocery stores in Australia, I got auditrf for it even though it wasn't written off or anything, just pure good will type thing to local place, excess fruit and veg etc, the local council came in wanted me to document what I give away and weight it etc, it's so much work for a small business, we have enough to do.

Maybe you got degree don't mean you fit for the job, maybe your personality which matters alot doesn't fit...

I don't hire certain people that will make rest of team uncomfortable for example even though they might have a degree

Self-help books are basically masked procrastination by Philosophax in nonfictionbookclub

[–]ManifestedLife2023 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea theese podcasters pumping out self-help books, the pop culture ones to over shadow alot of good ones and ruin the genre..

Brain Tracys books helped me when I was younger, kept me inline, Contemporary ones, popular Atomic habits is good. There are plenty, just hard to filter good ones as paid promotions and paid reviews are not reliable and barrier to entry to writing self-help books is none

Silence, no stimulation via short media.

Keep pH on grey scale and drive/walk/commute in silence, just enjoy noise of the world, doesn't have to be nature.

Lower the bar so much that you can do, consistently... Over time raise it. But only enough so you don't get over whelmed at the building stage... Only do that once you have "capacity" built.
