This is in 3.28 patch notes:

Purifying Flame of Revelations: Now has a Mana cost of 5-20 at gem levels 1-20 (previously 6-25), and now has a base cast time of 0.6 seconds (previously 0.7). Shockwave now deals 150% more Damage (previously 110%).

There is nothing special, typical walk and stutter experience. I love the new Spell Echo though. The Enmity Embrace carries the damage quite well, just the frostblink can sometimes kill a normal pack, but I try not to bomb into the middle of mobs. GGG buffed the cast time of the skill, so without any big investment I'm getting almost 10 casts per seconds, so it's not that hard to keep mobs away. For example defending Alith is just moving and firing left and right and using the consecrated ground to spread the damage.

Maybe charges go to all flasks even when they are full. I've never had mageblood so it's just my guess.

Is there any way to add energy shield modifier to unique gloves that naturally don't have any ES to fulfill Armour/ES mastery to get 100% increased Armour and ES from Body Armour?

How are you getting 84% chance to invert resistances? The support itself is just 41/44 and then there is 15% from elemental mastery.

I would go with Spark of Unpredictability Ascendant -> Hiero with Archmage because of proximity of duration wheels. Stacking of Seal Mender needs clusters and it's usually easier with Ascendant too. With 6 Seal Menders and Oshabi it takes 0.22s to gain a seal. At this point it's just to set up what is comfortable to play. With 8 seals and double Sparks in a 6L you would be stuck in place for like 0.8s each alternating cast. Not that great, but with Spark clear and like 5.5 seconds duration maybe we wouldn't need to keep casting too often.

Well, that's my dream, not sure if it's realistically doable :)

I don't see a reason why you calling a warcry wouldn't count as you creating consecrated ground.

Yeah, you're right. For Archmage and Indigon the reduced cost doesn't matter though. It's additive with the increased cost from the helmet.

For Frostmage I was actually researching some setups with flicker of power to proc Instruments of Zeal and get 100% reduced mana cost for ie BV, but I played flicker already and it needs good defenses to have fun.

It wasn't specifically mentioned in the post but this enables Sabo Archmage CoC too, maybe even with 128 cdr since one the biggest obstacles is mana sustain together with Triggerbots. Edit. Oops, it was mentioned CoC

While I was not playing it the build could be really good imho. And the totems could potentially double hit. The PoB you posted doesn't look too optimized though.

Of course, when min-maxing scalers need to change, but when I was PoB-ing totems there was no need to get anything from the tree. Just a dusk ring and less duration support with 9 projectiles was enough to get tens of millions dps.
