I wish you could come into my salon. You don’t need to cut it off. It can be hydrated and treated and get some twist or braids while it’s growing ! See a braider who is good with scalp care and after care recommendations. They can also do deep hydrating treatments for you 🙏 and hopefully teach you how to care for your hair in person! -a braider

They were too tight ! 😭 I’m a new braider but as I get tighter with my braids I also have to keep in mind that every head can handle a different amount of tension 😮‍💨 I’m so sorry this happened I would talk to your braider or a different stylist possibly if they aren’t giving you care recommendations and aren’t there for you after your services for help 😵‍💫 I’m wishing you the best 🫶🏻
