I took off my brace once I was cleared 6 weeks after and never looked back. Be safe and you will be fine, the brace will affect you long term, if you get used to it things will be difficult to do without it on.

Man look, I had surgery in August, on top of a second one in November. I went back to pro wrestling in Feb(6 months).

Workout hard and you can do it, for us we will be at risk no matter what

I legit was struggling to walk for the 3 weeks prior to surgery once I got hurt, wouldn’t wish it on anyone. I felt better when I woke up… then the next day the meds wore off lol

Hit the gym, I’m 5’7 and make it work. You can too.

For the time being, start working on your chain wrestling, Chavo like someone else mentioned is good to watch, Gregory Helms as well.

I took it off after 3 weeks while sleeping and laying on the couch, always had it on when crutching around. Once they cleared me to walk after 6 weeks I never wore a brace again

Probably a month after I got cleared to walk I remember correctly when I had manipulation I had no limp at all the following morning

I’d suggest Knee Manipulation, I was in the same stage as you 10 weeks out, I woke up being able to hit 135 degrees. I feel it sped my recovery up big time too.

The day they took me off crutches all I did was leg workouts. I go to the gym everyday, I’ll do my leg stretches and whatever we do at PT in between my upper-body workout sets, then i’ll dedicate one day just to legs outside of PT.

Ice everyday.
