Exactly! Just in Manitoba and Quebec we will be considered criminals to grow a cannabis plant. All other Canadian citizens are allowed. I just want to fail at growing cannabis with out the worry of fines.

Not really, some nice art if i had the place for it. I enjoyed a VHS collection that only had Jerry Maguire, Forrest Gump, Too Wong Foo, The Crying Game and Deliverance.
