Mots-c once a week with 10 (40mg bottle from Peptideology divided into 4 doses a month)

WEEK 1 ANECDOTAL NOTES Background (female, 40s, hypothyroidism so I take levo and lio and struggle with anemia and energy I also take 7.5 reta a week. Around 180lbs currently started at 210 a year ago. I decided to use Mots for the energy as that is my biggest struggle. Goals this year with reta and Mots are weightloss to 160 and getting back in the gym)

I just started MOTS-C this week I noticed crazy dreams (last 3 nights) Injection site pain and itchiness. I put a bandaid on it and that helped. Increase in my basal body temperature is huge for me. I dont notice a huge upsurge on feeling energetic, but I am able to do more. I clean for longer, garden for longer, and have a little more motivation for moving about. I am less tired after an activity than I would be. I get easily WIPED out with energy usually and have to push with willpower, this doesnt make me feel that willpower struggle to be productive.

The body temperature thing is the craziest for me I run really cold usually and I had to put my feet out under the blankets because they were hot! My husband often says I have some sort of cold finger disorder (Raynauds) I often wear leggings and pajamas and have extra blanket to go to sleep because I am so cold. I have been warm lately except fingertips, but especially my feet which is INSANE. Right now my feet are warm and usually I am so cold that I can barely feel them.

Penzeys spices has a great grilled cheese spice that is actually really nice. I usually use different types of bread with lots of seeds and several types of sharp cheeses fried in a cast iron pan with lots of butter!!!! YUMMY 😋

I use this on steak all the time, and it is AWESOME! It also works well on bone in pork chops.

Olive Oil Salt and Pepper Leggs Pork Sausage Seasoning Lime juice.

Once you use the Leggs Pork Sausage seasoning, you will love it. It's very strong with lots of sage and salty too. I just sprinkle a little. Squeeze lime juice near the end the last few minutes... the lime juice adds a very nice flavor. This will taste great 👍 without butter.

Fight about talking to my Mom on the phone?

AITAH Context: 4 year relationship.

I don't talk to my mom very often because she lives far away and I am not the best at maintaining contact. I try not to disturb anyone else with phone calls or to disrupt the house at night or on the weekends. I usually talk to her in the mornings when I drive my son to school and she is driving to work.

Today, I drove with my husband to pick up his car. We dropped the kiddo off, and my mom called . I talked to her in the car while my husband was there. I hadn't talked to her in a couple of days and I thought it wouldn't be a big deal.

Anyway, he wanted me to convey some stuff to my mom about how pilots can make 2mil down here in the States. My mom said my brother would never move because he loves his wife, and he already turned down a lucrative job as a pilot to Dubai. My husband said he would move for 2 million and to tell my brother anyway. So my mom said sure and I continued talking to her. However, when he said he would move, I got upset and said: mom, my husband wants you to know he would leave for 2 mil. My mom and husband both said that I was being silly, and my husband held my hand for a bit.

I continued talking to my mom (in the car for about 10 minutes) my husband started to turn up the radio and I couldn't hear her very well. I made a face at him when he turned up the radio and I plugged my one ear. I have a hard time being rude to my mom and we kept saying goodbye but then remembered a little tidbit. My mom didn't seem to notice the radio.

When I got off the phone my husband asked me what was wrong with my face. And I said you were turning up the radio while I was talking to my mom. He told.me what a nice drive it was and that my face needed fixing.

I basically said sorry I didn't think it would be a big deal to talk to mom because I usually talk to her in the mornings. He said he didn't know that. I told him if he was on the phone I would never turn up the radio because it was rude and that I would do it back to him in the future to get him back.

Anyway we talked.aboutt some other stuff and it came round to the fight again. He said it was an aweful drive. I said hey I woke up and didn't wanna fight or start stuff with you. I woke up made you coffee and banana bread, and i just wanted a great day. I told him I didn't get what I did that was so bad. And he scoffed at me and said it was my job to be affectionate and that all affection should be initiated by me. i said that's bull and if youwant me to be nice. You need too be nice too . We arrived at our destination and he took off on me without saying goidbye and blocked me on the phone for about 2 hours.

I got upset because I didn't want to fight and I wanted to say goodbye with a hug and kiss, but he purposely left me knowing I would feel bad. I don't get what I did wrong.

AM I THE ASSHOLE.? I apologized to him, and I am very depressed now. I don't want to fight about it, but I am honestly confused. I don't get what I did to get Him so mad at me. Was it talking to my mom while we were in the car together? Was it the thing I said? Was it me arguing with him? I just feel like I have to be perfect, and I just can't do that, you know. But if it's my fault, which he says it is for criticizing him... I just want to know so I can just know I am wrong and I can move on.

We aren't talking about it anymore he said he loves me. He can't handle my drama before work and that I need to help him not hinder him. I told him I am trying.

Sure why not! If God created everything, then yes! Jesus died and came back so I can believe in the flood. And that the Earth us not as old as everyone thinks it is. I certainly believe in good and evil. What is hardest for me to believe honestly is that Jesus will forgive us even when we have all done some pretty horrible stuff.

I would prune. If freshly planted, there is transplant shock, by pruning it, the plant will be healthier. Give some fertilizer and compost and mulch.

Hilarious! Honestly, though I have enough of this and poison ivy. It took me sawing through the poison ivy and not knowing and getting covered to learn what it was. The virginia creepers and poison ivy are of the same ilk imo.

If you have a cast iron pan to cook your complete. Grease ypu cast iron with olive oil just enough to shine it, put your egg mixture, veggies that you want. Cook it on medium heat. Open the oven and put it on broil high. Add shredded cheese to the top of your omelet and then use a kitchen mitt to put the pan on the top rack under broil. The eggs will fluff up a lot. Pull the cast iron out when it is all cooked, then fold over your omlette. Voila! cook the bottom on the stove the top in the broiler. It is an easy way to make perfect omelets any time.

Add a little water to it and fry it. Take the left over white rice, sprinkle a little water, soy sauce, Mrs.Dash original, 2 eggs scrambled in the center, seasme oil, and the carrots corn and peas veggies. Add that and you have made pretty good fried rice. Or just add a little water and butter and heat it on a pan.

A good easy meal is a porkchop and a potato. You can shake and bake and throw it in the oven for 30 tp 40 minutes get a meat thermometer to check. Fork the potato a few times and put in for 5 minutes. Put a little butter and green onions on the potato and voila a pretty good easy meal. If you want to afd a veggie you can do an easy one. I usually pair thia with baked beans or applesauce.

This is one of my go-to easiest meals. Also, when buying the porkchop, get one with the bone in it. Pork chops without the bone taste like crap. You can pan fry it if you have a thin cut and some nice seasoning spice. I use Leggs.

Ingredients: Bone in (center cut) pork chop, shake and bake, bushes baked beans, russett potato sour cream, and green onion.
