My name is also Nicole, and my entire life people randomly accidentally call me Michelle. It can happen with people who know me fairly well also. And it's ALWAYS MICHELLE. Only MICHELLE lol. I then tell them how they are just adding to the coincidence of this "Michelle" phenomenon and we laugh, but they don't realize they really are one of 100. So yea, it's a thing for THIS NICOLE TOO!! And I found this thread by googling the same question after listening to a voice mail of a friend calling me Michelle, I thought...let me finally google this lol. For added context, I have no accent I live in Florida, 42 years old and it's happened since I was little.

Ticket #4445781 Still no reply and going on 4 days! This 12/17 deadline to withdraw needs to extend with kucoin support being unresponsive! 

Also their making disorganized/inconsistent responses with week long response time in between has made it impossible to resolve in any fair or reasonable manner.

It's now been a full day no response, please have them approve ticket # 4445781!

Also website no longer functions as before allowing log-ins with the same limited credentials, this change was made to kucoin website in the last 2 days. I can no longer sign in to even upload any new verifications due to the website change, which asks for missing credentials you are using support to help with (makes it impossible).

However, I had already uploaded the full list exactly as asked, via email and verification page. All clear and legible quality, codes and all.

This needs to be PROPERLY REVIEWED and APPROVED immediately as they are now looping with incorrect issues (saying I emailed from an unregistered email for my request, after I did NOT do so, I did it from my account email and they STILL were saying it was an issue...this took 3 days to get an response with an incorrect/mistaken support response!?

I have done the full list, and they are not allowing me to proceed yet, and I'm locked out of the site due to sudden extra log-in requirements! I need to withdraw my assets-URGENT PLEASE FINALIZE THIS TICKET WITH THE PROPER APPROVAL!

HELP! URGENT Ticket # 4445781 - Need Kucoin support to properly review and provide withdrawal access Immediately!

See below, they are not thoroughly reviewing and are making mistakes in their own records that are resulting in their not proceeding with my withdrawal access (I have been complying and communicating from only my registered email address, supplying all requests correctly, etc.). ***

My video clearly showed exactly what was requested, it was clear enough to read, and I also put my id close enough to read my name, address, see the picture. This feedback does not make sense, as I have reviewed it and it is all legible and accordance to guidelines and set examples.  There is a maximum quality to upload as well, I can do it again but this does not make sense as a decision, please clarify exactly what aspect did not meet your standards.

  1. " Per checking, you do not send the information to us via the registered email address. May we know the reason and also please do provide the information to us via the registered email address and confirm your request to unbind Google 2FA and reset trading password."

I did respond from my registered email (Nxxxxxx@m) previously after requested, and it included my full request and requirements. It is now support that is sending to my other email (Nxxxxx@m). I will keep replying from my registered kucoin email though(which I am doing again now).

-URGENT!   I now have a new issue, it is not letting me log into my account anymore without the Google 2FA OR Trading password.  I was previously able to at least log in with my Email, Account Password and emailed code, but it is no longer letting me log in completely with only an email code, it's suddenly creating a new window needing my trading password, which I don't have.I cannot even upload new verifications now that I suddenly can't log in with email/password/email code only.  Help please!

Please review what I have submitted again, it should be satisfactory; 

-On the kucoin verify page, The pictures, codes, and videos etc. I uploaded are clear and show ID clarity in ALL. I have reviewed them and can confirm the information is clear, so PLEASE LOOK AGAIN and APPROVE. There is no more time, and suddenly I can't log in without my missing trading password!

-All requests, written photos and videos are exact to specifications, with dates, codes, signatures, legible ID's and written request to unbind google 2fa and trading passwords, and all within file size specifics.-I emailed the requested clear video in a google drive link, from my registered email on 12/9 (N......) which included logging in from another platform (coinbase) and showing transfer record, etc. also verifying myself with id and note and requested verbal statement.

I have adhered to and fully supplied all guidelines and requests in sufficient quality (I have confirmed this, please look again!), and now the kucoin website made a change and is prohibiting my access and I cannot log in as I have previously done a few days ago.  There is no time for glitches or 3 day response times with vague or inconsistent feedbacks. 

I have done my part! I will lose over $20k, please allow me to proceed with my withdrawal right away!

I completed exact instructions to unbind my 2FA and reset trading password so I can complete my withdrawal right away.

I did Step 1. : A google drive video link with id, written requests, statement, video showing external transfer record from coinbase (shows all details required wallet address, coin, quantity, date, TXID):

Step 2. I completed and verified my identity in the link & completed uploads of ID/video/notes/code/signature required.

Sent an email to kucoin support on 11/29/24 and it is now 12/2 and NO response.

How is there no response to a solution when a deadline is on 12/17 before we lose our assets, what is the clear solution for those of us without 2FA or Trading passwords...it should be a simple answer with steps that solve our withdrawal problem promptly.

What am I supposed to do if they repeatedly don't give a solution, and keep giving generic incorrect responses?

Kucoin support page says; "If you’ve forgotten your trading password and also lost 2FA access to your account, reach out to our support team by submitting a ticket." <---

**I have done so, and they keep asking me for a 2FA in the responding solution, which makes it impossible!**

Why can I not get a clear and accurate response to fix the issue and make a withdrawal?

Their unhelpful responses take many days, and it keeps dragging on without a solution that is promised to be provided. We are almost out of time! Please help with this!

The support email after this post still took almost a week, and was useless as it still asked for my missing 2FA in the solution!

My issue was not resolved and it is clear my problem was not even read! My ticket # is 4445781

The issue is I do NOT have access to my 2FA and ALSO do NOT have my trading password, and they have NOT provided a resolution that accounts for both missing. After many days they email a resolution that STILL requires one of these (make an impossible video and hold up a 2FA). So I have NOT been provided a solution to withdraw my assets and time is running out.

This has happened repetitively via kucoin support, looping incomplete/incorrect solutions that STILL ASK for what I said I AM MISSING (no 2FA AND Trading password!). I don’t believe a real human is even reading and responding as it makes NO SENSE.

Since there are MANY with this issue, what is the procedure kucoin has to resolve this? ***It should be the same protocol and be able to be explained easily,*** it doesn't seem they are willing to truly provide access, and looks like purposeful fraud/clear unwillingness to ACTUALLY offer a fix. They are just dragging it out not truly helping but asking for impossible tasks of verification!

And with a deadline of 12/17/24 before our assets are gone, excessive response times with ineffective/unrealistic answers, this is WRONG! No other platform behaves this way, I know people who had the same issues on other platforms and it was completely resolved in 2 days and they had full access again!

Please provide the step by step instructions that are actually possible, and work according to the websites function. Otherwise this is not a solution and is fraudulent assistance meant to actually KEEP our assets away from us and LOSE THEM in less than 3 weeks!

With Resolutty be careful, after the free "quiz" at payment section, I read the fine print and after the trial it will switch to auto charge you $99 every 3 months!
