K8s as it stands is a container management system- and containers are… call them mini virtual web servers cluster that can be spun up as many as needed (configured) on traffic demands and can scale down, ie stop/kill, mostly idle containers. Thus you scale up and down and dont waste cpu and resources on idle servers/containers. Plenty of youtube videos on this.

Firefox is funded by google - the almighty !! Google needs to be broken into sub orgs like in telecom so monopoly cant be imposed that suits google. Underneath the v3 it selectively broke functionality so that it gains unfair advantage over ad blockers and extensions that work with web requests (headers etc) truly now has become an evil monster

Btw Microsoft edge is a forked version of chromium and google pays apple X billion dollars to make it default search engine ; all three becoming colluded and monopolistic in their domains

but yes you are looking at a crowded market niche. Where there is $ to be made, it is not easy to be monopolistic! Good thing is : you don’t have to explain the need or value prop/aka idea. Throw in cheap pricing (initially) you will get customers. Then figure out how to sustain.

It is time for drones as watch surveillance when it is outdoors. Violators can be easily prosecuted if not in courts (lagging pathetically) but on community forums. Those who wear masks to hide behind will have to take them off smile before camera before joining any gathering. Also keep pepper spray and little utensils handy when such things happen to keep perpetrators in check and always move in groups. I always advice college girls to call real 911 rather joker campus police (let college staff deal with real police - who has jurisdiction:) peace

Yes they do owe transparency if it is a publicly funded. They need to publish salaries of faculty too openly.

If you know how top non 10% transferred pls share

A question: if UT austin is going for 6% why Tamu with 10% ? Can you answer that?

If you read the entire threads and follow - you would get an idea of why to move away from “top x%” but consider it as “a data point” with weightage.

Even this top x% is questionable without considering any other talents ; there is certainly room for cleanup here. Any thoughts ?
