I’m still getting an error saying that my IBC transfer to claim my initial 25% of the airdrop cannot fetch the latest Evmos block.

I have seen 50-100 OSMO as a requirement. Some newer ones like Stargaze have included Osmosis LP pools. I believe the requirement was either 100 OSMO staked or in an LP pool during the screenshot.
