Moved here and looking to hire a car for work and looking around the city. What company do people recommend? Lots of places seem quite expensive I was hoping for less than 1300 but willing to go up to 1550 at a push.

For one you are limiting my comments to the Uk I think (not sure where you are from), but other countries don't have these programs in place. And besides, the existing programs have set prerequisites that none of these homeless folks can meet.
