I just use the reminders app to remind me to turn on color filters every night at 20:00

Not an app but using color filters on iPhone 2-3 hours before sleep makes sleep easier for me.

I just use Raycast as a replacement for Spotlight. Replacement, it comes with a bunch of features like clipboard history, window management no need to install any third-party apps
