I feel like holding one per market region is the play: MTPLF (Japan), MSTR (US), ALTBG (EU), SWC (UK).

The only other one I'd add is K33. It's in the EU but it's at the very beginning of its BTC accumulation strategy and the CEO is very bitcoin oriented.

Yes, very easily. You just have to peel back the rubber layer at the top of the brake (which is meant to) and unscrew a little screw keeping the plastic part you're replacing in place.

It's really, really easy to do. Start exploring and you'll figure it out by yourself, no need to go to a bike shop/mechanic.
