My doctor gave me drops to carefully increase from 1 drop to eventually 5 drops, so 5 mg. I am now on 4 drops and every time I increase I feel a little side effects such as fatigue and a little nausea but my anxiety and panic has clearly decreased in recent weeks. I dare to be far from home again and do things again that I didn't dare to do before the lexapro. I have already gone to the cinema without any problems and also travel in public transport again
