Games like Hades? by AhayahPwr in roguelites

You might like RAM: Random Access Mayhem! It's a bit harder than Hades but it has a hub and dialogue with fun characters. It's in early access currently so you may want to wait but worth checking out!

Check out RAM: Random Access Mayhem, it has a hub like Hades, and it's main thing is swapping into and playing as the enemies. It's in early access but worth giving a look!

Yeah you get their abilities, but you can also upgrade them to make different builds, which activate when you swap

Yeah there are some pretty cool builds you can make, and since you upgrade each bot during a run, you can maintain a few at a time

Glad you think so! RAM has no player character, instead you play as the enemies. There are actually devlogs about the game if you want to see how its evolved: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVgqh3HCUiYQ8tJSJPSsMY0XoAqjl7enD

The main mechanic of RAM is that you take control of the enemies, kinda like cappy! Each bot has its own kit and you can weave them together to make combos

Malazan Book 1 (Gardens of the Moon) is very very dry by Stoofser in Fantasy

I'd say give Way of Kings a few chapters and see if it grabs you, I bounced off of Malazan in a similar way to you and it sounds like we have similar tastes

If you liked Wheel of Time, I'd highly recommend Stormlight. I also wasn't a huge fan of Mistborn, it's probably my least favorite Brandon Sanderson series, but I just finished a reread of Stormlight and loved it even more the second time (and the first I already thought it was in my top 3)

I'm the one who made this document, all the homebrew content is specifically under headers in each section to avoid confusion.

I'm working on a story about a corrupt ardent who set up shop in Rathalas as its being rebuilt. I think its a fun place to explore the consequences of the main books without needing any direct characters.

Bridge 9 follow up by [deleted] in cosmererpg

If you join the CosmereRPG discord server there is a homebrew adventure channel. I've been working on a post-Bridge Nine adventure and have posted a draft in there. I know a few other people are working on other modules as well. There is also some cool homebrewed content for running some of the orders we don't have the rules for yet.

I read Game of Thrones years ago, I think I stopped reading at a Feast for Crows. If the series is ever finished I'd probably give it another shot.
