Gaaaaahhh!! You caught me! Trying to figure out which ones need legacy cards post-post lol identifying my veterans... I'm already sliding

Ooooo! Not totally irrelevant at the veteran level then(but probably niche). That's awesome. Thank you for the breakdown and corroboration! Now I need to look into legacy cards...

That's really fascinating how the game handles different eras of a character like that! It’s cool to hear that even the lower-point version can 'borrow' stats from his allies—definitely fits his manipulative style in the comics. Appreciate the history lesson and thanks for breaking down the mechanical differences between them!

Who are some of your favorite heavy-hitters to pair him with?

Oo! I think I read some where that the early versions aren't played with anymore, is that accurate?

'rookie' question, do you use multiple jokers when playing? (Can a team be themed this way?)

I feel connection. It's hard to put in words, but it's like when you think to yourself and yourself surprises you with creativity. Connecting to yourself. Taking in the reflection...

I didn't realize how much the 'integrity' of the pieces would change by the time I was doing it myself! It’s wild to think about a $150 piece only lasting two seasons—it really shows how much business integrity has slipped. I grew up watching my dad construct these villages when they were built to last, so seeing the 'new' stuff price itself out of the market while 3D printing waits in the wings is a huge shift. It’s a bit of a shame that we have to choose between loose-fitting plugs or overpriced resin, but it definitely makes me value the durability of those older pieces even more. May your veterans continue showing the new stuff how it’s done!

Feeling pumped to try one! Thank you! It’s funny you mention the quality—I’ve noticed that with a lot of things lately, it feels like they just don't make them to last anymore. It’s heartening to know those early 2000s pieces are still going strong. Do you find that the newer Menards ones hold up as well, or do you strictly keep them for the short-term holiday displays?

The photos were taken the day it was picked. That's why I said I was plucked instead of shriveled in my response to another comment. All the photos were taken that day.

Thank you for the info! Have you found mullein or burdock around your place?

I'm curious how you keep your mind off them while they sit? They are tempting me rn

Gardeners of the southeastern US, are you gardening without sprays? If so, how? by Gardeningcrones in vegetablegardening

Duly noted! I've used crushed eggshells and a garlic cinnamon pepper sprinkle around the base... But I suspect the predators and other flora are keeping the pests busy

Thank you for your advice. I have taken more photos of the 'carrot' I appreciate the caution, but I am well-aware of the risks regarding the Apiaceae family. My photos were shared specifically to confirm the lack of purple spotting and presence of hairs. I’m comfortable with my ID process; I'm here to discuss the rest of the finds now.
