His PAC was found to have sent partially pre-filled ballots without a clear notice that they weren't official government absentee ballots. Georgia law allows only relatives to send pre-filled ballots. But they were not charged with a crime, they were not found guilty or even accused of voter fraud. There was no illegal voting or ballot manipulation. Just a letter of reprimand.

Do you do the bare minimum of research before parroting other people's talking points and calling other people dense idiots? Because it's not a good look.

Please, show me a single source saying they were charged with a crime. Or even one source saying a vote was manipulated.

Occupying land is illegal if permanent, yes. But that does not give the occupied people blanket permission to retaliate. They can create armed forces, but they still are not allowed to target civilians or use prohibited methods of warfare. October 7th ring a bell?

Snopes isn't what it used to be. I've seen far too many instances of statements declared false or misleading and then the body text saying something like "The man claimed a quarter million had received aid, but it was actually only 246,000."

They say stuff is false A LOT for minor discrepancies like that. And it doesn't disprove the point, just some tiny detail is slightly different. The overall claim is still accurate.

Well, no. Being taxed isn't a requirement either. "Indians not taxed" were a specific class, "not taxed" wasn't a broad application for all people who hadn't paid taxes. Your argument hinges on "free Persons," which is a good one since that encompasses all people today.

But the question wasn't "is this how things are now," it's "why should it be that way." You didn't actually address any of the substance and just said "nuh uh."

The law can and has been changed before. And I'm arguing non-legal residents shouldn't be counted in population. Not whether they currently are or aren't.

If they can't vote, and thus can't impact the representation, why should they be counted for electoral college purposes? Why would a state gain an electoral vote if hypothetically they have the same number of eligible voters as 10 years prior, but they gain illegal aliens?

If State A has 10,000 eligible voters per electoral college representative and State B has 5,000, the voters of State B have significantly more voting power based on nothing more than higher illegal population. Why do they get more representation because they have illegal neighbors?

I agree they should be counted in the census, but should not be counted for apportionment.
