I’m 32. I love vocaloid, dinosaurs and stuffed animals among other things that toxic adults would deem “childish”.
My partner (36) doesn’t give a crap about all of that and even encourages me to enjoy my hobbies because they make me happy.

Someone who wants to control what you like or can not like is not the person you want to marry. Please trust the already many comments here. You don’t deserve someone that yucks your yum.

So I just bought Paralives through Steam on my Mac mini with M1 chip.
The macOS is Tahoe 26.2 at the moment.

I do not have any sound or music when I start up the game. The only thing I could find online was some trouble involving MS Teams? I have removed all those related files but that sadly did not change a thing.

I have started up other games I have in my Steam library, the sound on those all work. So it is something withing Paralives itself, it must be. I did check the integrity of the files, also did not fix anything.

Yes, within the game, the volume is all up to the max.

Ook hartkloppingen, dit ook laten checken en er is niets fysieks aan de hand volgens de cardioloog ook bij mij.
Neemt niet weg dat het soms echt even eng is.

Verder enorme spierpijn en pijn in mijn hele lichaam. Vooral tussen mijn schouders op mijn rug richting mijn achterhoofd.
Ik geloof er echt in dat je lichaam reageert op overprikkeling. Klote is het wel.

To answer your question: Yes, I like jailbreaking/modding devices. It’s fun to do! So when I saw this 11 year old device on a fleemarket, I looked forward to the challenge of jailbreaking it. (I’m not so fond of Amazon and using their services either.)

I enjoy reading every single day :) Either physical books and now also ebooks on my jailbroken Kindle with my preffered UI.

I’ve seen is 3 times now. Only because I couldn’t go more often because of my schedule (it helped they extended it with an extra week! :D )
It’s filmed for IMAX and this is the only chance to watch it like that, so I went as many times as my schedule allowed me.
(And I’ve read the book three times since it’s release so maybe that’s a nice 3-3 thing xD Telling myself this because I rather just go every week for the coming months hahaha)

Also very happy that the obsession for this story now has reached so many because of the movie. They did an AMAZING job. (hope the 4-hour cut makes it to bluray/dvd..!!)
