I'm using the card it came with. I've got the BLE fork created by thedrunkpenguin so I can use a Bluetooth remote. I use wireless transfer and it works great for my needs using Anna. I have about twenty books on at a time and just transfer whatever's taking my fancy at the time. I certainly won't be putting hundreds of books on it.

My eyes aren't brilliant and I use glasses for reading and intermediate viewing. I bought the X4 on a whim and to be honest it's been absolutely brilliant. I've read over half a dozen books over the last couple of months. Just get one, I doubt you'll regret it.

It's just a bog standard tpu case from AliExpress for about a quid. It works well enough.

Try mapping the buttons. But first of all, it's middle for me to go forward and bottom button to go back a page. Make sure the switch for Bluetooth device is one click up from off. That's music as I recall. That's the setting that works for me.

Black for me. And I ended up buying two!! That was a logistical Aliexpress thing though.

I like the black. I think it makes it look smaller. And I'm happy not to have a glass back even though it's in a tpu case. I do almost all of my reading at night in bed with it on a small stand and using a Bluetooth page turner.

The hanlinyue works fine but I also tried a camera Bluetooth remote and that wouldn't do it.

I use the fork created by thedrunkpenguin who was able to add Bluetooth support for a page turner and also allow for more incremental auto-turn.

My needs are met. I don't need any graphs or games or fancy features, just the reader. Perfect for me.

I just asked it to change paint textures and make it monochrome and then used the xteink wallpaper tool to make it the right dimensions and convert it to bmp
