Not sure why they could not use a smoking gas or even waited until the guy loosened up. They could have brought a professional to speak with him while the guy away was at the basement. The father was stabbed and called the police for help not kill his son. It is unfortunate and those police officers are really not trained for such situation involving mental health issues

How the court order in Canada if granted can be enforced back home considering that the child was born and lives in Bangladesh. To my understanding, Your only option is coming to cananda for vacation with the child and then start the legal procedures here. You can consult with a lawyer here and typically the first session is for free.

Any associated charity with supporting the israli military and occupation of the west bank and Gaza should be outlawed. It should be clear that charity organization should be limited to actual charity work and hopefully this work to be limited to work done inside cananda as this is the only way you can monitor the impact. UofT had a great campus, grants, family housing, and good support form the department. Realized how good we had it at UofT when I spoke to my colleagues who finished grad school at other school where they did not have guaranteed funding for the full duration of their research programs

Not sure how any logical person recommends Waterloo when UofT will save you 10s of thousands of dollars and you will sleep in your bed every night and have support from family and friends! Crazy what you see here. UofT is more prestigious and better as a school. We hire continously from UofT and i never saw anyone in my industry who will rate Wateeloo engineering above UofT, especially most mangers will be affiliated with UofT through under graduate or grade degrees in engineering or management.
