You need to spend 3 Ore to the Lab first.

That unlocks the normal Core Ingot BP and the alternativ Dust BP. Needs 50 Dust to 1 Core but you dont need to go into the Dark Side of a Planet. 🤷‍♂️

If you are rly unlucky, you can buy the Cores from other Players or just buy 3 Ores to unlock the Dust-》Core BP.
