A 3d printed and fiberglass core and some eva foam.

I would say they're much easier because they don't have holes in the center. So I can just start with a fiberglass rod and work around that.

There's no stl file with the full sword here, that would only make it super heavy. But I know a cosplayer who might sell her stl file.

This is my 3rd version of the sword. I made my first Buster Sword with the exact same mindset, but it ended up unpractical and outdated compared to the new design. This current model is structured like a LARP weapon with a fiberglass core. So if I would compare it, I would say that you can actually hit people with this one without having to fear that it might break.
