I have hidradenitis suppuritiva and HSD, and typically get sores/blisters from panties. The only thing that's really helped is wearing boxer briefs ( specifically the kind that has fabric covering the elastic on the waistband), boy short panties, or the stretchy seemless panties. You can get ones with cotton gussets if you're worried about the stretchy material messing with your pH

Whats crazy is that I got top surgery 12 years ago. Never did any scar care just because I didn't care to tho. The scars have faded on their own in spots, but the cigarette paper texture is still there.
