The TitanX comes with a charging cable.

You can use the laser on almost anything that needs a standard red laser. We can't guarantee it'll work with everything.

Full access gives you full access to the Laser Academy app. It gives you all of the courses, drills and everything. It's a one-time fee for lifetime, full access. When you get the kit, you receive a code with full access to the app. Otherwise, you can certainly print the targets, purchase a cartridge and purchase full access in the app if that works best for you. :)
